Nestled in a schist village, a house with all the amenities and very welcoming. What you'll hear around here is just the stream that passes by the house and the chirping of the birds. Casa Brandão was built by our gran grandfather Frederico Brandão in 1904 and is located nearby the river beach of Burgães in Vale de Cambra. In the proximities of the house begins 2 walking routes and a bicycle route on the banks of the river Caima. Other attractions: The Paiva walkways, the bridge 516 Arouca, the Freita Montain and the water fall Fecha da Mizarela. The property is located approximately at 70 Km (43 miles) of the airport of Oporto and 60 Km (37 miles) of the city of Oporto.

You will stay on our lovely farm, sharing with no other guests. Close to The Serra da Estrela Mountains, lots of beautiful river beaches and historical cities. It is a traditional, cozy and private granite cottage situated in a quiet river valley surrounded by woodland, birds and wildlife, with EXCLUSIVE use of our salt water pool. the house is good for couples, families (with kids) we do not charge more during holiday times, same great price all year, and pets (but please check first).

The Stone House with an area of 19 m2, is located on the banks of the Alva River, on the river beach of Vimieiro, considered the best river beach, by the magazine "Guia das Praias Fluviais", The house has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Surrounded by a unique landscape, you can observe the irrigation wheel and the mill still in operation. The picnic area with barbecue and playground are also an attraction for those who visit us. Ideal place for a weekend for two.
