Penacova, the county seat, is 10 minutes away. You can visit the pergola and Penedo de Castro, with unique views over the Mondego River, and it also offers several walking trails. In Lorvão, you can taste its ex-libris, the snow and the Lorvão pastry. The house is located between 2 river beaches, Vimieiro and Cornicovo

Praia da Barra has 2 extensive sandy areas where you can find 2 types of sea, a calmer bay suitable for children and another area for sea sports, surfing and bodyboarding, etc. Praia da Costa Nova is just 3 km away, and you can enjoy seaside walkways to make the journey between Barra and Costa Nova. The city of Aveiro is just 10 km away, where you can enjoy a multitude of cultural and leisure activities.

Quinta da Manga is 7 minutes from downtown Coimbra. It is a large house made entirely of wood, surrounded by green space and with a 3.5x10m swimming pool. Very comfortable, with central heating, air conditioning and all amenities. The house can accommodate 9 people plus children! My place is good for couples and families (with kids, just be careful with the pool). Lots of outdoor space, with terrace, outdoor sofas, Brazilian hammocks to rest, lawn to play and relax, and swimming pool.

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom is accessed externally through the front courtyard NOT from inside the house.
