Located in a quiet cul de sac with parking for one vehicle located right outside the front door. Air conditioned/heated with a whisper quiet mini-split and the on-demand water heater will never leave you without enough hot water for your shower. Great location for many year round activities including boating, swimming, golfing, hiking, biking, sledding, snowshoeing, skiing and so much more. 25 minutes to Fernie Alpine Resort, 45 minutes to Kimberley Alpine Resort and 2 minutes to local amenities such as the pub and coffee shop!

This Tiny home is located in a small mountain Village on a lot behind my house. It is close to Columbia Lake, Fairmont hot springs, Lussier hot springs, and the Kootenay River. If you like the outdoors you will love Canal Flats. You can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, skate, water ski, and fish. Newly renovated with a few small details to finish inside. The outside of the building still has some work to be done on the siding and landscaping.

We are a 3 minute drive from the Kimberley Nordic Centre (cross country skiing) and a 3 minute drive from the Trickle Creek Golf Course, located just down the hill.
