Nice clean apartment with a beautiful view, it was a pleasure to spend 3 days there.

The place matched the listing description. Great for families - quiet location, beautiful lake view. Good orientation of the apartment to the sun, the garden in front of the house secured in such a way that children do not get alone to the lake. On the beach two restaurants - buffets. The host was a great deal.

The apartment boasts an incredible view, and the entire accommodation, including the building itself, is highly secure. There is also a designated children's area. Importantly, the management team is always open to receiving feedback to enhance visitors' stays, taking it seriously to ensure high standards are met. The images posted by them accurately represent the furnishings found in the apartment. If there are no restrictions on the number of adults, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4-5 adults and one child. The beautiful Lake Balaton is just a 2-3 minute walk from the building, where you can rent small boats or yachts, swim, or visit the children's playground, equipped with swings, slides, seesaws, and more. If you are seeking a peaceful environment, this is the perfect location, as it offers a serene retreat away from the bustle of Budapest. However, the M7 motorway provides a quick connection to Budapest,with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes by car

Very nice apartment. Looks exactly like in the photos and you could park right at your doorstep. Access to the lake is within walking distance. By bike you can perfectly explore the surroundings and the nearest villages. The bikes should be inflated a little more and a pedal repaired but otherwise great that there is a possibility. If you have any questions, we received a response within a few minutes.

had a nice stay. friendly owners and good communication. everything was very neat and good privacy. Air conditioning good and quiet. in the village there is not much to see, quiet beach a few minutes away and supermarket 1 minute away. balaton fured 15 minutes by car and there is everything to do. we would recommend this accommodation to family and friends.

Totally nice contact persons. Great accommodation and location, everything close by, whether water, supermarkets, gastronomy or events. Just great vacation, super done. We will definitely be back!

Great location to come with kids, there is a pool if you don't feel like going out to the beach. The apartment building is right on the beach, the Balaton is literally outside your door. The apartment was clean except for a few spots that could have been cleaned better but overall we were really satisfied with the place. The AC was a must at the 35 degrees outside. It could have been a bit stronger but definitely satisfactory.

We can only say here that the place is absolutely amazing. Located directly on Lake Balaton, now nice and quiet in April and the house or the equipment is very good. A dream if you can sit in the hot tub or on the sofa in not so warm weather and look out on the Lake Balaton through the large panoramic windows. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for us Hungarian fans here in April.

Csaba was very flexible, helpful, and communicative. Although we didn't meet in person, she called to say how we felt. The place is impeccable, very nice, clean, tidy. We had a great 1 day here. Thank you again from here, Csaba! The only difficulty we had was that we couldn't order food, they didn't deliver the food to us, so it's a good idea to call the hospitality places for this if someone is planning to do this in advance. (We only stayed here for one night, because of a friendly event, and we didn't want to cook/grill together because of the weather. I might choose this in hindsight.) Of course, this isn't the fault of the accommodation or the landlord, it's more like a plus info so no one else gets into this kind of thing.

The accommodation is in a beautiful place with its own beach. The house was very well equipped, everything you might need. The landlord is very nice and communicative. Special thanks for being dog-friendly, our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did! :)

3 very nice weeks! Adam is great, always, also multilingual, reachable! If you want to vacation close to the beach, quiet, with delicious food options nearby, then here. Great terrace, very important: air conditioning😉!!!....in the heat. There were three of us as a family, everything worked out for us!

Visited with our two young children and grandparents from both sides. House was ideal, felt spacious and had a large garden, so the kids had plenty of space to tear around when they weren't in the water. Weather was quite changeable during our stay, so we really got to experience the full spectrum of the Balaton coast from the comfort of the villa. Felt very safe for the kids, even though the youngest is only 3 and doesn't swim yet. Neighbourhood was quiet, collected food from a nice restaurant a couple of times and it was a 15 min walk to the local shops and beach area. Noticed most of the visitors in the area had bikes, which would have been ideal as it's very flat and not many cars around. Tried some fishing from the garden, but water was a bit too shallow unless you waded out 200m or so to one of the fishing platforms. You pay a premium for being right on the coast but if you are only visiting for a week it's worth it, especially with young children.

A fantastic nice cottage in a nice place right on Lake Balaton. The view is beautiful over the lake, and a beautiful spacious garden. Also nice sunbeds! The essential amenities are all there, we were not short of anything. Also an excellent shower: a lovely jet of water and nice and warm. The hosts are super friendly. When we arrived (by train) there was a lot of rain, and we were picked up from the station. We were also allowed to check out a little later because our train left late. In short, a lovely cottage to relax and do water sports, we highly recommend it!

Perfect location with access to the public beach in front of the building, which gives direct access to the lake.

Beautiful apartment directly at the lake. Everything was as described. Fourth floor is a bit cumbersome, but the view of the lake is great. Tip: the coffee maker is Tchobo Cafissimo. The tabs do not exist at the Lidl and also at the spar around the corner they do not give them. The washing machine in the apartment is great.

Amazing scenery and cozy atmosphere! Felt like home. Will definitely revisit in the summer.

Everything would be great if it wasn't for the dirt in the kettle that even a person was afraid to boil after what was in it, dirty dishes. Beautiful lake view from the balcony, close to restaurants and boardwalk.

The accommodation was well equipped, matching the description and pictures. There was a parking lot and bicycle storage, easy access. The advantage is that there is an elevator in the building. Price value ratio is perfect, especially since it is on the beach.

Very tastefully decorated. Everything imaginable is available. :)

Excellent location, quiet environment. Approximately 15 minutes' walk and you will find yourself on the bustling promenade. The beach is also local! Everything was perfect!
