The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

2 upstairs apartments for rent near the centre of Balatonföldvár, in a calm street. 5 minutes walk to shops, vegetables, bakery, butcher, football field, taverns. They can be rented seperately, or together. The kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom are open together. It has a balcony with a wonderful view to the lake, and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The second apartment is for 3 persons, plus an extra bed, with 2 rooms, shower and balcony. On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
