Πολυ ομορφο και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα, με μπαλκόνι με φοβερη θέα στο νησάκι της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Βρίσκεται στον δευτερο όροφο του οικήματος, . Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα ένα ζευγάρι με δυο παιδία Διαθέτει μικρη κουζίνα για την προετοιμασία ενός απλού γεύματος. Η θέση του οικήματος είναι ιδανική. Οι πολυάριθμες παραλίες των Συβότων (Μπέλα Βράκα, Ντράφι, Μέγα Άμμος, Μικρή αμμος) απέχουν το πολυ πεντε λεπτά. Τα υπέροχα Καραβοστάσι και Αριλλα μόλις δέκαπεντε λεπτά και η Πάργα απέχει 25 λεπτά.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Sunset Villa’s. Nice and new villa’s with an awesome views of the ocean and sunsets. We had a small issue at check in that was remedied by Sussi and Pavlos very quickly. They were always responsive and quick to assist. Highly recommend the villa’s.

The apartment was exactly as described, with all the comforts for a family of four. Super clean ! Christos immediately put us at ease, giving us great suggestions about the area. We really appreciated the granting of a "late check-out" at 3:00 pm instead of 1:00 pm as expected. It allowed us to enjoy the morning before leaving the apartment ! To recommend and if we have the opportunity we will come back !

Beautiful accommodation with a very beautiful view, quiet and close to beaches. Everything was clean and Mr. Theophanis was very helpful, friendly and kind. If we go back to Sivota, it will definitely be our first choice.

Villa Orata was a great spot. Beautiful home on a cliff side in Perdika amazing view and Evangelia was such a friendly host. She made sure we had everything we needed. Many great restaurants and beaches close by. We will definitely return.

Panos is a great host! From day one he was very friendly and he made sure we enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was right next to the marina, where all of the restaurants and bars are located, yet it wasn't noisy (close the windows and you can't hear a thing; rooms are equipped with an AC). Our room was thoroughly cleaned every single day and it was as comfortable as it gets. Definitely would recommend!
