Cottage #2, at 6712 Elm Beach Road, Ovid NY, is a private setting, on a bank on the edge of host's woodlot. The screened-in porch overlooks Elm Beach, directly across the road. This cottage is to the right/north of Cottage #1. Each cottage is private, and has its own separate parking, stairs and entranceway. The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, right on Elm Beach Road, well away from State Route 89 traffic.

There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
