The townhouse is located in a secure building in the historic armory square. Many nice Bars and restaurants are located on the same street right outside the building. MOST and landmark theater are within walkable distance. Destiny Mall & Syracuse University are 5 min drive away. Apartment near SU & Wescott
The space occupies the entire third floor of our house, which has been completely remodeled of our Victorian house in the University neighborhood. We are a mile from SU campus and Carrier Dome. The Wescott Theatre is a block away. A block away from Wescott Street with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. This is a private space on the third floor with a shared entrance through our house. Newly remodeled bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom and more! We have Zoey, our dog, that is a sweetheart.

Charlie's Place
Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
