Welcome! Agave is a lovely apartment, furnished with care. It consists of kitchen/leaving with TV, bedroom (both air-conditioned) and bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi.

In Ortigia,in one of the most characteristic streets of the island, within a Court of 1907, we rent an apartment of 45 square meters upstairs,renovated and well furnished. It consists of an open space with kitchen, American island, complete with appliances; a bathroom, complete with towels,hairdryer and washing machine; a bedroom on the upper floor, equipped with sheets,and adjacent single room. The apartment is super equipped,equipped with air conditioning,heating, TV 40'' and free WI-FI.

Apartment overlooks Fonte Aretusa and the sea on the great port of Ortigia. It has a double/double bedroom, a single bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, color TV and free wi-fi , washing machine and oven. Scenic balcony for each room. A few steps away, Piazza Duomo in the most beautiful area of Ortigia and therefore very popular in summer and weekends. Visi enters through a comfortable and wide staircase. Near the apartment are the best restaurants and clubs

the style of the house is the typical vintage sicilian ; the house was heritage of my grandmother and after my family and i loved the idea to use her furniture fixed and renovated to give a new life to so many items almost abandoned in the garage. so i worked hardly to renovate the structure according with new standards and finally i did it. i hope during your stay you will enjoy the home feeling i tried to keep in the house and the sicilian DNA that belongs to the house.
