Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sylvan Beach

My sons and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy even though we had three vehicles and a trailer. We had a great stay and are Looking forward to going back again.

Alexandra’s house was perfect for our family getaway! Whether we were relaxing off the water or spending the day on the boat, it had everything we needed. The deck was ideal for docking our boat and entertaining, and the all-season room was an unexpected bonus we really enjoyed. Alexandra was incredibly accommodating and flexible, even with our last-minute requests. We’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Every room had everything we needed. Beautiful and comforatable furniture and beds, gorgeous lake views from the kitchen, living room and Master bedroom upstairs. Two full bathrooms on each floor. The hardwoods and the rugs and the art work were amazing. So perfectly and talently and tastefully decorated. The outdoors patio had a table for six, with a grass grill and great lighting. We loved the red Adirondack chairs on the dock. We can’t wait to go back again. Thank you Christopher and Okera for making our 20th wedding anniversary so special

We had a fantastic stay at your home. Plenty of space for everyone and the back deck and yard were really great! Lots of comfortable and thoughtful seating areas and fun things for the kids to do. Great little touches made the stay extra comfortable like the herb garden and the awesome cooking fire pit. We loved the old charm of the interior and the kids got good use out of the piano. Ha!! It truly was a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The water was great and the kayaking were a fun activity. Thank you Tom and Annie!!

My family and I had a great time staying here for SU grad weekend. It was far enough to avoid all the crowds but close enough to get to SU for the events. Great comfortable house and one of the nicest hosts we've ever had. Thanks!

Mike's place has everything you need, and it's impeccably clean. Felt safe, was cozy, and Mike laid out all instructions beforehand, so I knew exactly what I had on store when I arrived and knew exactly how to check in, without any hiccups. 100% would recommend.

Linda had everything you could possibly need and more. She even went the extra mile and provided bottled water, a snack basket and enough muffins for each of us. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. There was ample, cozy seating in the family room as well. We highly recommend Linda’s place.

Always enjoy and appreciate staying at Teresa's listings. She is great with communication and we loved the location of this apartment, within walking distance of the town center. Teresa was very accommodating with some special needs of ours.

My sister and I were in Syracuse for a family wedding. We arrived at the apartment after 11:30 pm but had no trouble finding it or getting inside. The place was spotless and the beds were comfy. It was also super close to both the church and the reception hall. Despite some previous reviews, the neighborhood was fine. Some houses needed to mow the lawn but we felt very comfortable and safe there. We would stay there again if we visited Syracuse.

Richards apartment was very comfortable and so nicely decorated with such care and thoughtfulness. It was so well co ordinated, even the silverware matched the Retro decor. In fact the entire kitchen matched perfectly! I don't know how they did that!

The hosts know how to do a kitchen. Beautifully done and had absolutely everything and more. The washer and dryer are a huge plus. Awesome water pressure! Quiet and peaceful. We have some favorite places in Cazenovia, and it’s a hop, skip and a jump to there. Don’t miss The Pewter Cup. Also, the Brewster Inn has the best french and onion soup, along with beautiful water views. We had a relaxing break.

Clean, fairly easy to find, comfortable and a great location right in the heart of Armory Square.

What a unique place! Jeff thought of everything one might need while staying at his silo. It was extremely clean and comfortable. He was very flexible and accomodating when our travel plans changed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and plan another stay in the future.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

Casa Lago (upper) is the place to be! My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as it was colorful, clean, and spacious . The decor adds that extra happiness of being at the beach. Location is key, and Casa Lago is in a prime spot within walking distance to all the fun Sylvan Beach has to offer! The view of the lake from the deck is spectacular! We enjoyed the music from Harpoon Eddies (next door) each evening on the deck. Codey was a great host! He responded to any questions we had in stellar time, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We have been visiting Sylvan Beach for 30+ years, and staying at Casa Lago just made it all the more special this year!

Eileen was a great host, responsive and helpful. The place is well maintained. It is not a new place, but they maintain it well and have remodeled multiple things to keep it in good shape. Definitely recommended place and very close to almost everything.
