This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. The apartments in the boathouses are spacious at 80 m2 each, and they are equipped with all modern amenities. In terms of design, the focus is on giving you a good overall experience, while the details are thoroughly thought out. The boathouses are located by the water in a peaceful environment, with fantastic views, which consist of both high mountains, bird life and other things that can be seen and experienced on the balcony.

For those wanting to explore further, a bus service runs to Klaksvík, the second largest city in the Faroe Islands.

This special home is very well insulated and warm, and it is equipped with underfloor heating, which is very comfortable and warm in cold temperatures. It is close to the sea and at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home is a total of 20 m2, and is a room with kitchen and beds plus a modern bathroom with shower with plenty of hot water. There's an oven and stove, a hood. Refrigerator with built-in freezer and all other common kitchen equipment.

Spacious new boathouse apartment located at the bay in a small village called Hvalvík on Streymoy. Less than an hour drive to the airport, half an hour drive to the capital and all the other islands. The apartment is 75 square meters, new in modern cozy style with a stunning view over the ocean. Only 3 minutes walk to bus stop and a great pizzeria/fastfood, and max 5 minutes drive to grocery stores, liquorstore and petrol station.

It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.

Experience a peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings where nature is all around you at The Farmer's House in Rituvík. The farmer's house is located right next to the family farm and it's 150 sheep. The house is newly renovated to ensure a pleasant stay.
