We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

An off the grid whimsical gem in the Ten Acre Treehouse forest! "The Captains Quarters". This is the 2nd treehouse in rural Nauvoo. A lot of the same touches found in "The Whitetail". The first treehouse here, you will find in this nautical inspired creation. This treehouse is a full 2 story, 400 sq foot, and features second story bedroom, sleeper sofa on the first floor, small kitchen area with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, plates, silverware, cups and a sink!
