The Sasquatch Inn is a secluded heavily wooded primitive cabin that sits on 32 acres, with some great views of the Smoky mountains. This is a hike-"Up/Down" the mtn. Hike up approximately 1/4 mile. We can also ferry your gear to and from the parking area in our Polaris General if need be but will need to make arrangements for that. The hike "is" uphill. Bring an umbrella and flashlights for your night-time hike up, and hiking shoes. The hike "up" the mountain can be slippery/muddy when raining.

This is a one of a kind experience. Authentic Mongolian Yurts with skylight to the stars! Hand-painted in beautiful colors and designs. 16 foot in diameter, easily sleeps 4. Has 1 double bed and two single beds. Wood deck with tables and chairs. Hot showers and clean bathrooms, indoor gym, tennis court and volleyball. Fire pit/grill for smores and cookouts. Hikers Hideout at Terrapin Station

Relax at this peaceful spot. Everything is neat, clean, and ready to enjoy. You will feel like you have a little slice of the forest for your self although there are a few neighbors nearby. The studio has front porch for enjoying the the surroundings. The studio is about 50 yards from the parking area and requires you to walk down a dirt path with steps and turns. The path is rustic and does not work with roller bags. There is small creek across the that provides some lovely sounds
