Beautiful place! Levi & Darah reached out with info and helpful tips well ahead of time and were very responsive throughout our stay. The cabin itself is gorgeous, very clean with nice furniture and updated decor. Very comfortable and spacious, well equipped kitchen. We stayed 4 nights while on vacation and spent a lot of that time on the back porch enjoying the incredible views! Some noise during the day - traffic and landscaping from neighborhoods nearby - but quiet at night. Seriously consider driving a 4WD/AWD vehicle up to the cabin because it really is steep and between moss growing on the road & any amount of rain it can get really slick. It rained a lot during our stay and our Honda Civic made it up but was a nail biter every time. Overall an excellent experience, we really enjoyed our stay! Great place to retreat and minutes away from restaurants and things to do in Townsend.

We had a wonderful trip! Enjoyed the fire pit and beautiful views from the deck. Our first time to the smoky mountains and we were very pleased with the location and ease of getting to the park. Especially enjoyed the quieter side of the park. Host was very responsive to our questions and things we needed help with. We would definitely stay at their properties again. Cozy bed and everything we needed for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The views were gorgeous and the house was very well maintained. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table (make sure you look in the ottoman for the extra balls and paddles if you can’t find any).

Thank you Shelly & Jack for letting us stay in your beautiful, cozy cabin! This was the perfect location to relax, unwind, and recharge in nature. My parents drove down to meet my husband and I, and we all had the most incredible family weekend. I was celebrating my 30th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Hiking in The Great Smoky Mountains was fantastic. We loved The Alum Cave Trail into Le Conte for a 10-mile, strenuous day hike. The hot tub felt so good after that! My parents did an open-air Bryson City Train ride and loved the experience. Bryson City Bakery for breakfast is a MUST! Jimmy Mac’s was the best hometown original, authentic feeling diner...with the best fried pickles we’ve ever had! Shelly and Jack are incredibly responsive and were happy to provide additional recommendations! Thanks for a great trip!!

The cabin is in a peaceful, secluded location. There are neighbors around, but it is hard to tell for the most part. The road to get up to the place i could see as challenging in certain weather or vehicles, but the directions are very descriptive and on point. We were able to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the city of Cherokee, Bryson city, and Maggie Valley, as well as go searching for waterfalls near Highland. The area is beautiful no matter which direction you go! Most favorite restaurants during the trip was Highlands Smokehouse in Highlands for some amazing brisket and Circle H Chophouse in Cherokee, NC--bonus points for this one due to watching elk walk right by the windows while dining! Overall, it was a great place to stay. The host is super responsive with any questions or concerns and active in ensuring that you have a great experience!

Mary and her husband, Matthew, were very accommodating hosts! Luna Lodge is indeed a cozy little getaway near Bryson City and the Smoky Mountains, with enough space for myself, my girlfriend and her tiny 3lb Yorkie to be comfortable. We picked up groceries for our 2-night stay at the Ingles market ~10 minutes away from the cabin. Our hosts had provided all the necessary seasonings we needed in addition to utensils, cooking appliances and the Nespresso machine which I got a lot of use from :) Would recommend if you're a city-dweller like myself and want a few days in the wilderness to "reset" and clear your head - away from all the distractions of the real world. I did have a very important video call with my company's CEO and CRO that I needed to take during our trip and was fortunate enough that the cabin wifi was up to speed!

Had an absolutely amazing trip to celebrate my 10th anniversary with my wife.The home was absolutely amazing.Views were stunning.Can't wait to book it again and hang out with the kids next time

Plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out. Hot tub super clean! Beds comfy; linens & towels high end. Wrap around deck wonderful as part of it covered so could sit out while it rained. It is a quiet serene beautiful view space and location convenient to grocery store, gas stations, activities, etc. Deck is spacious and there’s tables for eating outside. Grill provided and in good condition. Seating comfortable through out the cabin. We cooked often and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in. Lots of little comforts provided by host: Ingles grocery card, ample starter supplies, books, games, DVDs; full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand lotion in the bathrooms. FYI: The driveway is steep. We had an all wheel drive car pulling a trailer and had no problems. The motorcycles were able to go up and down the gravel drive. When heading up stay to the right as firmer/ less steep.

Brian's place was very nice and well maintained! We really enjoyed our short stay and loved being able to sit next to the creek even when it was raining. The location was very convenient for visiting the park and town when we needed something. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely lovely home with a wonderful creek right beside the home! We so enjoyed our weeks stay! Plenty of amenities provided, house was clean and in good order, everything you would need to start was provided, great communication and such a beautiful peaceful creek! Thank you so much for a great vacation! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Location was great and the deck over the river's edge was wonderful. Only suggestion we would have is a vacuum for the cabin versus just a broom. Rate was great and we will be back.

Absolutely beautiful, and peaceful get away! 20 mins from Cherokee and about an hour from Gatlinburg. So quiet and the sound of the rushing river is SO peaceful! Beautifully decorated space and we felt right at home! The hosts had children’s bedtime books, Dog toys and a dog bed for guest traveling with kids or animals and the kitchen was fully equipped with a small spice cabinet and plenty of pots and pans. The ONLY half way complain I have (not even really a complaint) the door is just a little tricky and we had to type to code in a couple times for it to work. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and had a wonderful stay!

super helpful when we were trying to find it. host was worried gps would send us the wrong way and gave step by step directions. thankfully, our gps worked out fine because we came in from the opposite side of the mountain, but his directions were on point coming from the other side. beautiful view. nice and clean. within 20 min from most anything you could want to do.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was secluded and quiet, yet within a short drive to all the things Bryson City has to offer. Our hosts were extremely quick to respond to any messages or requests, and very polite. We would definitely stay with them again.

We enjoyed our stay at Debi's place. It's beautiful and close to town too. It felt very homey. Debi was very responsive to any questions we had. The hot tub was a nice bonus! We would stay again.

Danielle was an amazing host. The cabin was excellent, clean and cozy, and the hot tub was spotless and relaxing. Check in was a breeze and Danielle provided local recommendations with a wonderfully put together welcome book.

Great views! The bunk beds are small and the ladder to get up can be difficult, but overall great place and stay!

David was very quick to respond to any message! The place was absolutely stunning. The view was unmatched to anything! The birds chirping and seeing the sunrise on the mountains and hearing the joy all around us was top notch! We loved this place and hope to return!!!! The porch was an unexplainable place of R&R! Thank you for the hospitality!!!!

Absolutely beautiful! Just a warning that this cabin will raise your expectations for every other stay afterwards. Michael thought of everything that you might need during your stay and then exceeds those expectations. The whole home is just perfectly beautiful and perfectly decorated. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked beyond just the essentials, including spices, cooking utensils, teas, coffees, pots/pans, etc. The beds are delightfully comfortable. And the view... the view from the living room and the front porch is just beautiful. You will not be disappointed if you book this cabin. Just do it! I hope to revisit in the future.

Buddy was an awesome host and made us feel right at home. Easy to follow instructions and a beautiful home. Don’t let the driveway scare you it’s a breeze!

Fantastic little getaway cabin in the woods. Small creek in front of the house makes for extremely peaceful mornings and evenings on the front porch! Loved our stay!!

We had a lovely stay. Very close to everything Town has to offer but far enough off the paved road to feel secluded.

This farmhouse cabin is decorated beautifully and has everything you need! We felt right at home. The bed is extremely comfortable. We came to sylva mainly to explore the hiking trails but wish we had even more time in the cabin since it was so cozy and relaxing. We appreciated both the open deck and covered deck. We loved having our coffee in the morning and watching the mist move through the mountains. Mary Anne recommends the Black Balsam Knob hiking trail and it was phenomenal!!

What a beautiful location! It was so peaceful just sitting on the porch or dock. Rented a boat at the local marina for a day on the lake. Local restaurants were beautiful and many things to do. Would definitely be coming back.
