Modern apartment in Žďár nad Sázavou (4–5 guests) with a family history. My grandparents built the house and lived here for most of their lives. That's why, after the renovation, I kept some of the original furniture as a reminder of my childhood. The house offers perfect comfort, absolute peace and quiet, and proximity to picturesque nature and the centre. Ideal for families (cot, high chair), couples and business trips. Enjoy the beauty of the Žďárské vrchy mountains or the UNESCO sites. The apartment is also suitable for cyclists and cross-country skiers.

The cottage has 2 separate bedrooms upstairs (4+4 beds), a sofa bed (2 beds) in the living room on the ground floor. Possibility to rent 2 cots. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is a children's corner with toys. The cottage is spacious and there is a possibility to spend time with children inside. There is a seating area and a sandpit in the front yard. There is a large garden with a fireplace and a slide by the house. Electricity and gas (heating) are paid on site based on real consumption. We rent April-October.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

It is located on a clearing overlooking the treetops. On the property you will find an outdoor shower and a fantastic tub that you can fill both in summer and winter. The accommodation is intentionally without electricity so that everyone can enjoy peace and quiet from modern technology. The cottage is a great starting point for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. Several marked trails intersect here. In winter, guests can use the marked cross-country trails or nearby ski slopes.
