Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

We can absolutely recommend this beautiful accommodation and would have liked to stay longer. The apartment is spacious, very clean, superbly equipped and the highlight is the balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Access to the sea is directly in front of the house. In our time, there was little going on on the small concrete beach and swimming in the Adriatic was great. Danica and her husband are very pleasant hosts. Our dog also felt comfortable with you right away :)

A perfect stay for the sun lovers and people who want to relax on the beach. A very friendly neighbourhood where you feel safe and secure with even leaving your door open! Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. Would highly recommend for an easy relaxed stay with easy access to restaurants and bars

The place was GREAT. A really successful short break with a dog. The accommodation is absolutely suitable for dogs. The view is simply awesome, with private sea access to dreamy clear water and a great outdoor grill. The terrace is beautiful for dinner or coffee. 2 small deficiencies: 1. Unfortunately, from the 2nd day onwards, showering was only possible with cold water 2. Access is difficult, especially with very low cars, but it is doable with a little skill. A big plus is the availability for charging EVs.

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We had a great holiday in the apartment. Super equipped, great location, pool, parking and most importantly the fantastic view. Absolutely recommended

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

We loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful and the private spa just just WOW! Having a private hot tub, sauna and cold shower in your apartment was amazing after a long day of walking. Adrian and hrvoje were very helpful and responsive to messages and gave us clear instructions on parking, reaching the apartment apartment and how everything worked. We'd love to return one day and we would recommend the apartment and owners to anyone.

Branka's apartment worked well for our crew! We initially couldn't find it (it was a sharp turn) but Branka helped us navigate in real time and Branka's mom, Maria, was there to greet us. The place was spotless, bedrooms were as described, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the homemade artwork on the walls. Our group really appreciated the upper outdoor balcony area for hanging out. (with a tiny glimpse of ocean). Even though we spent most of our time away (Plivitce and Zadar), we appreciated that the space worked well for us....gathering spots and privacy too and again, it was very clean, which is a top priority for us. Thank you!

We loved Ana’s place. The views of the mountains and sea were unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. Ana was so friendly and welcoming. Was a nice walk (5-8 mins) into nearby town, and easy to access Paklenica, Zadar, and local beaches by car.

The accommodation is very well located. It is nice, clean and very well-equipped. We immediately felt comfortable there! The kids loved the trampoline and the adults enjoyed the very comfortable chairs on the terrace. Small downside on the 2 extra beds (to be 8 in the house) which have very thin mattresses.

Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Beautiful house, close to a great beach as well as the city of Bibinje which offers great restaurants. The location is really perfect and the host is very nice. Recommended ++!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!
