Holiday rentals with a patio in Sveti Juraj

The place was as advertised and the host was very friendly and responsive. I will definitely see to check if the place is available next time I visit Baska.

Such a wonderful apartment. Spectacular views and very quiet.

Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it to be based on the description. It was especially nice to simply step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you need. Vesna is an extremely likeable and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was really beautiful, very stylish and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very generously furnished. The terrace was really great, we just missed loungers on this great terrace. The communication with Annabella was perfect.

The apartment with the covered terrace overlooking the sea is very nice and modernly furnished. You have direct access to the beach and promenade. It invites you to take short walks. It was 12 wonderful days.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

An incredibly peaceful home with a beautiful view. The host was very accommodating and the park entrance (2) was 10 minutes away as described. A dream!

The contact with Ivan was perfect. It is a super nice apartment equipped with all comforts. Everything was nice and clean and fresh. It is really recommended, I would stay there again. The bed is better than what I have at home. 10 minutes from the Plitvice lakes, so perfect if you want to go there.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

Definitely recommend! We had wonderful days at Kristina's. We were warmly welcomed by her grandmother, who showed us everything. Contact was straightforward and quick. The apartment offers everything you need for a few nice days. Very well equipped, terrace with great views and within walking distance in 3-5 min to town and beach. There you could settle on various plateaus directly on the water and enjoy the sun and sea. We used the barbecue, which was available on the terrace, a lot. All in all great city, great accommodation and lovely hosts. We felt completely comfortable!

Vacation with toddler (2 years): quiet location, few cars, quiet walking opportunities in the green, small playground nearby (church). Accommodation well equipped for children (stuffed animals, toys, spray guns, life jacket, fall-out protection for the bed, crib, stair protection on the upper floor). Kitchen and bathroom well equipped, everything you need, fridge filled with good things. Pool unfortunately unheated, but very well maintained. Fireplace and wood to heat up on cold rainy days. Sea can be reached by car within a few minutes (e.g. Cizici): beautiful bay, shallow waters, many small beaches, playground, restaurants and bars. The rest of the island can be explored in about 10-40 minutes by car. Good starting point. very satisfied, despite bad and cold weather (early May) ideal equipment - we were still able to enjoy the week. Very suitable for families - even with a toddler. Would book again immediately!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Just a great place to stay and would stay there again in the future

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

We were the 2nd and 3rd week of September in Fabian's apartment. It is exactly as described, with attention to detail. We were also allowed to look at the other apartments. Really one more beautiful than the other. Fabian is super nice and accommodating. When the weather was bad, he immediately sent us an alternative program. Convenient location. Close to the beach and the small town. It's a bit uphill on the way home, but you can do it. We'd come back any time. Sincerely, Susanne and Johannes.
