The rental rooms form a self-contained, newly refurbished apartment with a private entrance: 40 sqm. spread over 2 floors. 1 floor.Hall: w/wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room w/kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom w/shower and WC and a spacious hallway.

House at Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard. The residence is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two-three cars with 1 EV charger available. The house is most suitable for families or groups. We live here as usual ourselves, so there are private items in the home.

You live a little outside the city center, but with walking distance to most things. 1 minute walk to the grocery store and good bus opportunities almost right outside the door that takes you straight to the city center in 20 minutes! In other words, all you need! It is possible to stay 4 people here, if 2 sleep on the sofa. There are a total of 3 dunes available. This is an apartment I live in myself and I have a dog that sheds a lot. You should expect the apartment to have some dog hair on the floor and furniture.

A house away from the city field with immediate access to ski slopes, bike trails and great hiking areas. Great apartment for those who want to use both the city and nature. Plenty of room for 3 adults with newly renovated bathroom and cozy decor. Apple TV in the living room. All rooms have either heating cables (bathroom, living room/kitchen and entrance hall) or panel oven (bedroom).

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

The fortress is close by with its large green areas and there you can enjoy beautiful views of the city. 10 minutes walk takes you down to Bakklandet with its cozy cafes and eateries, and to the Old Town Bridge. Good bus connections, and walking distance to most things. Not party place
