Bakkebro bus stop that takes you everywhere in Trondheim and the airport bus 1 min away. Cozy apartment on the 2nd floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located below ground level (quiet, dark and cool). Small sprinkler staircase between the floors. All kitchen utensils available: coffee maker, hand mixer, kettle, waffle iron, toaster and pretty much everything you need of equipment such as glasses, dishes and serving dishes.

You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

The apartment is well suited for both private stays, business trips and longer visits. The open solution between the living room and kitchen makes it suitable for cooking and social gatherings.

Cottage in the countryside - idyllic farm in Skaun

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

På sommeren er det lange lyse netter, og på vinteren kan du være så heldig at du ser nordlyset. Tilgang til sjøen. Kort vei inn til Trondheim sentrum (ca. 20 minutter med bil til Ila). Stor fordel med bil. Få bussavganger. Huset har 6 sengeplasser (dobbeltsenger) fordelt på tre rom.

Very good bus connections to all of Trondheim and shops in the immediate vicinity. Perfect combination of city and nature. This is my and my partner's home on a daily basis.
