Charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a private house. The apartment is located in a small village in Midtfyn, a few kilometers from shopping, only a quarter of an hour from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense on the nearby highway, which is not a problem. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forests and a small river. The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with small oven, hobs and dining area, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

We live in a lovely bricklayer's villa from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement was renovated in 2022 and has its own entrance. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay centrally in Svendborg Vest - a short distance to the city center, forest and beach. There is free parking in front of the home. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to/from Svendborg Vest train station, and it's easy to get here from the motorway.

This cozy place to stay has two bright, nice and spacious bedrooms, a large common room with a daybed. Private toilet/bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge and dining area. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you have it to yourselves. Approximately 200 meters to the beach, water and jetty. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. In addition, the stairs are without stair gates, and the home is therefore not suitable for smaller children who are not used to stairs.

The apartment is a newly renovated dry and heated high basement apartment with large windows. The South Funen Archipelago Trail passes right by the apartment, which is 500m to the public bathing area, and only 2 km to Svendborg city center.

Lovely smaller vacation home/apartment centrally located in Thurø city. The apartment is on the first floor, with access via an external staircase. The apartment is close to the water and close to shopping and a pizzeria. In the apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of space. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for two. In front of the apartment on the porch, there is the opportunity to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Cozy and modern apartment of 50 m2 with private entrance (high basement) close to beaches, harbor, forest and Svendborg city center. It is possible to use the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. The apartment is bright and friendly with its own kitchen and dining area for 4 people, refrigerator with small freezer and full service. The apartment has 2 rooms. The first bedroom is a living room with a brand new sofa bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed. Please note that the 2 rooms have a shared exit.

Der er et fuldt udstyret køkken med spiseplads samt eget bad med bruser. Fra denne base kan man nemt udforske Svendborg by . Besøg byens hyggelige havnemiljø med gamle sejlskibe og hop på en af de mange færger, der sejler rundt i det Sydfynske Øhav. Byens gamle værftsø emmer af kultur og cafeer. Gæsterne har egen terrasse.
