The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you have it to yourselves. Approximately 200 meters to the beach, water and jetty. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. In addition, the stairs are without stair gates, and the home is therefore not suitable for smaller children who are not used to stairs.

I kælderen er der soveværelse med dobbeltseng (160 x 200 cm), stue med sovesofa (140 x 200), køkken samt badeværelse. I vil bo centralt i Svendborg Vest - med kort afstand til centrum, skov og strand. Der er fri parkering foran boligen. Der er ca. 10 min. gang til/fra togstationen Svendborg Vest og det er nemt at komme hertil fra motorvejen.
