Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The beds of the house are distributed in 1 room with double bed, 1 room with 3/4 bed and a loft with 2 mattresses.

The annex is located by the city's edge, close to water and forest for about 10 km from svendborg and Rudkøbing .

Welcome to a very sweet totally new renovated flat in this 200 year old romantic farmhouse. The flat also has a it's own big terrasse with morning sun, and view over a garden. A sauna is right outside the flat. The whole surroundings are very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The flat is a open flat , with a room divider between two double beds. One of the double beds can be separated into two. This flat is therefore mostly perfect for a couple, or a family.
