Bikes, BBQ, charcoal and sun loungers available We have charming, lively chickens, ducks, quails and cats, as it should be in the countryside. 3.5 km to the bus towards Norrtälje, Stockholm and Grisslehamn. Close to Roslagsleden and nice swimming. 30–40 minutes by car to ferry routes towards Åland/Finland.

The nearest neighbor is about 50 meters away and you share the pool (open June, July and August) with them. Swings on the property. Large lawn to run around on. Gravel road and horse pastures. During some weeks you can visit Vikingabyn which is about 1 km away. There is also a swimming area and bus stop about 1 km away. If you are hungry, there is Svanberga pizzeria. The cottage has a newly-built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation, there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can grill while sailboats pass by. The accommodation accommodates four people with a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed with two beds. Only 30 meters away there is a swimming jetty – perfect for a morning swim! Or fishing? Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is located a few minutes' walk from the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Right outside the property there is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can get to Norrtälje town centre in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families - there are toys, trampoline, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Architect-designed house built in 2023. Quiet and secluded place, with proximity to services in Edsbro. Open floor plan with nice social areas with kitchen and living room with fireplace and a large terrace that connects outside and inside. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed (120 + 80 cm). The garden is wild and lush in summer, with fields and forest as the only neighbor. Sheets can be booked for SEK 50/person.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
