Now there is the opportunity to stay in a house with striking sunsets, in the middle of nature and an undisturbed location, while making a minimal impact on the climate. You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Welcome to the Old School in Roslagen! A beautiful disused school built in 1873. Ideal for a family accommodating up to 5 persons. Four bedrooms, two toilets, one bathroom, large dining room with tiled stove, living room and fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi and two washing machines. Cozy, sheltered garden with outdoor furniture. The house is located 5 km from Norrtälje with many sights, restaurants and shopping. Also close to the swimming lake and go-cart. The owners live with a dog in another house on the farm. Bed linens and towels can be rented.

The nearest neighbor is about 50 meters away and you share the pool (running June, July in August) with them. Swings on the grounds. Big grassland to run around on. Gravel road and horse pastures. During some weeks you can visit the Viking village which is about 1 km away. There is also a swimming area and bus stop about 1 km away. If you're hungry, there's Svanberga pizzeria. This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Architect-designed house built in 2023. Quiet and secluded place, with proximity to service in Edsbro. Open plan with nice social areas with kitchen and living room with fireplace and a large terrace that binds together outside and inside. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed (120 + 80 cm). The garden is wild and lush in the summer, with fields and forest as the only neighbor. Sheets can be booked for 50 SEK/person.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Completely renovated part of a townhouse of 38 sqm with patio of about 80 sqm for rent. The patio is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. If you want to barbecue, there is a grill to borrow if you ask. Animals are welcome to come along and a fence is on the patio so dogs can be loose on the property. Washing machine and drying rack are available if you need to do laundry.
