Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

There are 4 apartments (the photos are of 1) in complete conservative restoration overlooking the convent park with a splendid series of loggias from where you can enjoy a timeless view and experience romantic emotions in the rooms with enchanting faces and frescoes. The flat has access to the Belfiore gardens which are one of the magical places in Mantua at any time of year. The gardens overlook the Mincio River, which forms the upper lake of Mantua. In the centre is a unique and extensive cultivation of lotus flowers that was planted in the early 20th century. The flat is 2 kilometres from the city centre, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot via a convenient cycle path. The flat has an underground garage.
