Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Suwon-si

It was the best accommodation. The subway station is close and there are many shopping malls nearby. The view is very beautiful because the number of floors is high.

I stayed at this Airbnb from May 22 to May 31 and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It had all the essential items needed for a comfortable stay, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, plates, glasses, a television, washer, and dryer. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The location is super convenient, with Galleria Mall, Lotte Mall, and Elport Mall all nearby. There are also plenty of cafés and great food options in the area, which made exploring the neighborhood even more enjoyable. We even saw a beautiful drone show over Gwanggyo Lake and watched it through our room window, just so breathtaking! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, she truly went out of her way to assist us and always responded to messages very quickly. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

Great location and clean accomodation

It was a great trip. There are a lot of tableware, a large refrigerator, a bathtub, a bed, a TV, and a beam projector. It's just so perfect. I'm 100% willing to revisit. Thank you.

I had a great stay at Yunhee’s place. Easy check in and check out. Spotlessly clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Large towels. Separate shower area so no wet bathroom. Coffee and tea provided. Plenty of space. Beautiful view. Quiet floor. Friendly lobby staff. Secure and safe. The area had lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Convenience stores within a couple blocks. Bus stop right outside the door. Subway a 5 minute walk. Gym in the basement of the building. Yunhee was proactive in providing needed information. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

There was nothing to enjoy because there was only Samsung Digital around, but there were a variety of things to do in the accommodation, such as Nintendo, PlayStation, computer, Netflix, YouTube, etc., so I didn't feel bored! Rather, it was better to rest because it was quiet! There are also several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I didn't feel much inconvenience and had fun! I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but I liked the accommodation so much that I'm going to visit again if I come to Suwon next time!! It's better than what you see in the picture!! The bathroom was so neat, and it was so nice to have a fabric deodorizer! Separate collection is also easy, so I use it very conveniently.😋✨

As I say all the time, I absolutely love this place. I travel to Seoul twice a year for a total of 5-6 weeks to visit my grad school friends and being in a comfortable location/unit makes my trip all the less stressful. I’m super appreciative to the host who has always been super kind and responsive to me. I recommend this place if you are looking for a great location, comfort and ease of transport too. Had a lovely weeklong stay at Jisung’s place! It was spacious, clean, and the location was ideal—it was so convenient to get to sightseeing places via the subway. The apartment itself was just like the photos and was very clean. We especially appreciated the size of the towels he provided (Korea is known for small bath towels 😂). Jisung was also extremely responsive and was kind enough to let us check out 30 min later so we had a place to stay with our luggage until a friend came to pick us up! Highly recommend if you’re visiting Seoul!

It is quiet because it is located in Pyeong-dong, under Time Villas in Suwon Station. It seemed like the first floor was operated separately as a car center, so it was okay not to be too careful. I really liked the condition of the accommodation. The path up to the second floor was well decorated from the outside, and the inside of the accommodation was more spacious and pleasant than expected, and the furniture and components were well equipped. It was very well organized and the cleaning was done neatly, so I was very satisfied during my stay. In addition, there were all the items necessary to create a good atmosphere, such as Bluetooth speakers, TVs, and other lighting, so I was able to stay comfortably. Since there are 4 beds, I thought it was appropriate for 4-8 people, and I was actually satisfied with 8 people, and the price was also cheap.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Luciano’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Communication with Luciano was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted at the bus station and given a thorough tour of both the property and the neighborhood. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved exploring the area and discovered plenty of excellent dining options nearby. Overall, wonderful experience. I can definitely recommend Luciano and her property. Lisa’s place was amazing! It was described exactly like the listing and close to the subway. Around the subway area there are many restaurant and shops. Lisa was super responsive and helped us with our questions immediately! Would def recommend this place!

I spent a night in a quiet place, enjoying the emotions for the first time in a long time. Interior accessories located everywhere filled the boring spaces, and I was able to enjoy a little leisure with the capsule coffee, welcome cookies, and Netflix. The simple bathroom was more than enough to enjoy my own time. Overall, it was a clean and emotional accommodation.

It was the same as the photos, and it was a place where you could tell that a lot of attention was paid to the interior. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and beam projector room are each separated, so it's great to spend time with your group separately. It was especially nice to be able to watch the movie by gathering in the space where the beam was installed! There is also a washing machine, so it seems very useful if you are staying for more than one night. I want to use it again when I come to Suwon next time!

It's a warm and nice accommodation.

First of all, the travel schedule had to be changed due to personal circumstances, so the accommodation reservation date had to be changed. I was able to start the schedule in a good mood by letting me know quickly if it was possible. It was located in the center of Haenggung-dong Hot Bar, so I could walk anywhere, and above all,The result!! This is really good. The bathroom is so clean. I had a pleasant stay because the host's efforts were shown everywhere. It was a good memory with my husband. I'm returning with good memories of Suwon. See you next time ^ ^

Close to Osan main gate. Everything was great! Beware if you are a light sleeper as the sound from passing cars and street noise was an adjustment. other than that, great stay.

It was a clean and nice place to stay close to Jihechal. In particular, the host responded quickly and helped me a lot so that I didn't have any inconvenience in staying. I recommend it.

It was reasonably quiet because it was far from the downtown area, but it was convenient enough to walk around, and the subway station and bus stop were close. The accommodation was also very tidy, and there were many cooking utensils and seasonings in the kitchen, so it was good for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Ady’s place in Seoul! The location was fantastic—just a short 6-minute walk from Seoul National University subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood was quiet yet well-connected, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. But more than anything, the highlight of my experience was Ady. From the moment I arrived, Ady was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed—like leaving my baggage with her while gone to Busan for a short trip. Staying here made my time in Seoul even more special, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a great stay with a fantastic host, this is the place to be. It's easy to stay and the surroundings are very good

The accommodation is near Jamsil Lotte Mart department store and mall, and there are convenience stores and a few restaurants in the arcade of the accommodation, so it's convenient. The facilities were clean and the host was very friendly.
