We have stayed here before and we will stay here again. Michelle's place is clean, spacious and has everything you could need.

This place was a perfect place to stay by Jax beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and they even offered us bikes. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. We had a very nice weekend getaway.

This was a great place to stay! It is just like it looks in the pictures. While it is small it was perfect for our two-person vacation. Only about 30 minutes to a beach and very close to downtown Jacksonville. We were able to do just about everything you could've done in a full-size home. You are able to hear the family upstairs when they are home, so keep that in mind. There also is only a small stove, which can make cooking hard (but we made it work quite well). Also, the water pressure was not the greatest ever seen, but also not the worst, the shower was a good size so it made up for it. The place was clean overall, there were just some places that had some dirt/dust. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you just need somewhere to stay. Marcie was great at communicating with us, and even let us borrow her can opener. I would totally stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay while in town for business. I would definitely stay here again. They even gave me a little bit of extra parking for my larger vehicle. A win all the way around. Great space.

Great clean space, bathroom had towels and soaps for us and the kitchenette was stocked with just about everything we’d need. Flexible check in and check outs were so helpful for our last minute stop when we needed m a place to sleep. Leticia was an amazing host!

The location was fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, and it was perfect for my son’s soccer tournament. There were also some great nearby restaurants. The place was super clean and updated.

Really nice little apartment in a beautiful peaceful area. great for short stays. probably not suited for long stays unless you're always gone except to sleep. quite small but very cozy and great hosts

Wonderful house and warm friendly owner. The neighborhood was beautiful and serene, a perfect place to walk our dog. All in all, a first class accomodation.

Our stay was perfect, everything was clean, cozy and private. Autumn was kind and accommodating.. Although we didn't get a chance to get in the pool , it was a little too chilly, the scenery was pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed the stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Enjoy staying here when I'm in town for work. I work nights so it is a bonus to have a bedroom that can be made very dark for sleeping during the day. Microwave, coffee available. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed and my own entrance. Great place to stay and affordable. I will stay several more times until my work contract is up. Highly recommend.

I wanted to give Larry a 5 star on communication alone. Unfortunately minutes before check in their water heater went out and we could not stay at the property. It's not right to give a poor review over something that you can't control. Larry's communication was great, as we were getting in at midnight from an 8 hour drive. I felt terrible for him as a host to have to send that message. We adjusted and it ended up working out better for us. I do believe that this place would have been perfect, and everything they described. Perhaps next time we are in Tallahassee.

This is the 3rd time that we've stayed here and we love it! The hosts are so welcoming and nice. Communication is wonderful. Everything is just as described in the listing. Staying here feels like home❤️. Can't wait until our next visit!

Susan’s place was clean and cozy. Walkable to the beach and easy to check in. We were very thankful for the beach chairs and extra beach towels that were provided.

The cottage was exactly as described. Even though it is small, everything you need is there. My favorite spot was the porch because of the beautiful surroundings. And the neighborhood was wonderful for walking.

Kim was an amazing host and was super kind to me during a very hard time in my life. The Airbnb is so perfect for some quiet time. Definitely would recommend. My favorite part was the pool and the shower! 10/10 stay. Thanks Kim! 😁

Kristin and James place was fantastic. My daughter and husband were in Tallahassee for a short trip for a skateboarding competition and their place felt like home away from home. Everything was clean and cozy and was super close to some great dining options. They were super thoughtful and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. We would definitely book with them again when we visit Tallahassee again.
