The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

The house is in a quiet and panoramic location. From which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Vara Valley with spectacular sunsets. The sea of the 5 Terre is about 35 km away, making it possible to go to the beach during the day and relax in the cool mountain climate in the evening.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

At Giulia's house | between the sea and the mountains

Detached house for 2-3 people located in the hills of the Ligurian hinterland, just 30 minutes by car from Levanto and the sea. The accommodation consists of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. To get to the house, you have to go up four flights of stairs. Excellent as a base for visiting the Cinque Terre, La Spezia and the Ligurian hinterland. There is a bar and a butcher's shop in the village. Our house is a simple and quiet solution.
