Definitely Highly recommend, extremely nice and very accommodating. Beds were soft for my liking but if you can tolerate a soft bed, you will love it. Hot Tub was a great bonus and there were added extras in the kitchen cabinets that weren't expected.

Jackie's place is so clean and spacious! Fully equipped kitchen; clean towels and plenty of TP for bathroom! Awesome location to Elk Ski Resort and other hiking areas. Jackie is very responsive. I highly recommend this place! Will be back for sure!

The space was perfect. The house is kept very well and has anything you would need for your stay available. The outdoor area is great and the lake view is even better. Jim is super responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed a peaceful getaway and appreciated that it was before summer when many more people would be out on the lake. Going out on the kayak and sitting on the screened in porch listening to the birds chirping were some highlights. Rebecca is a super responsive and helpful host, willing to accommodate our needs and allowing us extra time for checkout.

Everything was wonderful. we wanted quiet, on the water so the kids and grandkids could fish and play. we had access to everything. Kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat. There were even fishing poles if we had forgotten any. plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 grand kids. Would love to come back again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. When we asked if there happened to be a baby gate at the house, he surprised us by shipping one right away. When it showed up broken, he immediately sent a replacement without hesitation. We also accidentally got locked out, and he called us within minutes to walk us through getting back in, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, well-stocked, and worked perfectly for our big group. If you are planning to cook for a large family, we recommend bringing a few bigger pots, since the cookware provided is better suited for smaller meals. The yard was peaceful and great for kids to explore and play. We visited in early June, and while the outdoor space was beautiful, the mosquitos were intense, so definitely pack bug spray. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of three loved our reset at The A @ Dyson Pond. Whitney kept everything spotless—bathrooms gleaming—and the kitchen was so well stocked we cooked every meal with ease. Different types of coffee was available. A basket of toys greeted our 14-month-old and let us pack light. Whitney responded to our messages quickly. We didn’t need to ask tips, yet her list of local tips was waiting if we’d needed it. Mostly we stayed put—wandering the quiet, private grounds, letting the baby play on the grass, and admiring the nearby farms. It was exactly the low-key downtime we wanted. Tech comforts helped: fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV for cartoons, and flawless T-Mobile reception in an area where cell service is often hit-or-miss. The cabin itself is wonderfully cozy with warm wood touches. Note: the bedroom receives bright morning sun—ideal for early risers, though night owls may want a sleep mask. We were very happy with our stay. We were there for a week. The kitchen is very large. The house is comfortable, and the host left plenty of instructions. She was very responsive and proactive with communication. The area is a rural beautiful setting. The house is a charming, old farmhouse with modern amenities.

We stayed for our daughters graduation ceremony from Binghamton University. It was conveniently located about 23 minutes from the school and about 30 minutes from my daughters house. Our family enjoyed the 4 days there. We felt at home and it was very peaceful. The view from the front porch was so beautiful. Wish the weather had cooperated so we could have gone on the lake. The house is a real gem. All the details in decor have a purpose, evoke a feeling. We really loved the house and the lake is beautiful. 10 min drive to a State Park for some very picturesque hikes. Grocery store 1 min drive. Super clean house with everything you may need. Thank you!
