A 120 m² private residence that seems to float in the valley of the forest. Outside the window, the forest landscape unfolds at the same level as the trees. We stock high-quality meat from time to time, and serve it with vegetables from Gotemba on a sunken kotatsu table. Freshly cooked rice in an earthenware pot is also served. This is "Private Resort Ruri", a maisonette accommodation with two buildings side by side, renovated by a designer in September 2026. Our accommodation consists of a single building divided into two units. With a total floor area of approximately 150 m², it has 2 floors, 5 rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen), and can accommodate up to 13 people. You can easily enjoy a gas BBQ on the terrace where you can feel the pleasant breeze. There is a bathroom for 2–4 people on the first floor, and there is also a private shower room in the queen room on the second floor. There is a large 120-inch screen in the room. At night, if conditions are good, you can also see a sky full of stars. The Wi-Fi connection speed is about 8-20 Mbps. Free parking is available on the premises for up to 3-5 cars. It is within walking distance of Togendai Port, but there are steep slopes in the surrounding area. As there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, we recommend that you eat before coming to the property or buy groceries before coming to the property. This accommodation is a private resort called "Private Resort Hoshike", located in a villa area about 7 minutes by car from Lake Yamanaka, which was renovated by a designer in November 2025. In a calm, modern Japanese space that makes use of the warmth of wood, you can see the magnificent Mt. Fuji in front of you from the room and the terrace. If you go out to the terrace, you can enjoy a relaxing BBQ with Mt. Fuji in the background. Spending time looking at Mt.
