The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. House has 2 separate apartments with common garden, common barbecue & parking.

Adriatic Sea and it's beaches are one minute far from the apartment, just like cafes and bars which are even closer. Apartment has many amenities one might need when going on holiday: washing machine, cable television, air conditioning, wi-fi, equipped kitchen and other.

The apartment has a hallway, two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. From the living room, a huge window offers a wonderful view of the sea and the city. It is fully equipped and comfortable for a stay, a set of bed linen, dishes for cooking and eating, a large TV with cable channels and internet. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or in the yard.
