Tucked away between the Kotor Bay hills, Apartment Plazno has a breathtaking view, overlooking the whole bay, shimmering sea, the UNESCO-protected old town of Kotor, and the wall's peak San Giovanni. You will enjoy the calm and charm of this spot in Škaljari and still be able to get to the city center in just a 15 min walk. Surrounded by nature, the apartment turns out to be a perfect spot for a swallow's nest — their song will be your background music during morning coffees on the terrace.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Сдаётся уютная студия в тихом районе Шушань, всего в 10 минутах пешком от пляжа. Подъём лёгкий - типичный для местности. Из студии есть собственный выход в зелёный сад - отличное место для утреннего кофе, отдыха или чтения на свежем воздухе. Утром здесь слышно только пение птиц - идеальная атмосфера для тех, кто ищет тишину и природу. Я хорошо знаю район и с удовольствием порекомендую уединённые пляжи и живописные уголки поблизости. Добраться сюда легко, особенно из аэропорта.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
