Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela", Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in the Chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families suitable up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

The open, contemporary living space adjoins the well-equipped kitchen. The large bathroom has a bathtub and a double vanity. Underground car park with two parking spaces, wifi, tv, laundry room/dryer, sports bus in winter (5 min)

Modern architecture and coziness near the lake

Just 2 minutes from the lake, we rent a modern studio with separate wet cell and integrated kitchenette in a very quiet location for max. 2 adults and one child (no extra charges). The Ciäsa Alba was completed in December 2017 and blends wonderfully into the landscape with its simple architecture. The studio is on the first floor and has its own entrance and terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun.
