Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

The 3.5-room apartment is located on the sunny slope of Savognin, close to the forest. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Both are equipped with wardrobes. The open-plan, contemporary living room leads directly into the well-equipped kitchen. The large bathroom has a bathtub and a double washbasin.
