On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

Enjoy the peninsula's Carrying Place Beach, Perry's Lobster Shack, and trails. Come and stay if you love biking, kayaking, walking and hiking. The tiny house (12X8) has a full bath, kitchenette, and a Murphy Bed. FYI, when the bed is out, it will take up most of the living space. It is compact but offers it all!

Hidden Retreat Right Next Door

Welcome to Hidden Retreat! My goal is to make sure my guests are comfortable, happy and have everything they need! Your small private studio is approximately 10x14 plus the bathroom. Be aware that the room is small and has a private entrance. This room has a small kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator plus some other amenities. Coffee, tea and a few snacks are provided for your comfort. The bed is a queen size bed, which I'm told is very comfortable!!
