La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Welcome to the heart of Cité Plantagenet!!! 3 minutes from a direct tram stop station and 24-hour circuit, about 30-35 minutes from the apartment . 1 min from the Grand parade of the pilots and 5 minutes from the weighing of the bolides. You can rest in peace and comfort. This 80 m² loft is located on the 2 nd floor of the ASANALIEVA mansion, from the 16th century. Panoramic view. Numerous restaurants 100 m away . You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.
