It's just off the Great Ocean Road, a short walk to sparkling beaches, rock pools, the Split Point Lighthouse, swimming, surfing (or boogie boarding - there are two you can borrow), shops and cafes, with a sheltered outdoor shower. Use as your base to explore the Great Ocean Road, glorious beaches, charming seaside villages or bush walks and characterful country towns. At night go to sleep listening to the waves....

The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

Fully renovated October 2025. Light, airy, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom small unit. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Clean and cozy. Only 100 mtrs to the beach. Unit is located below and separate to the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet, one living area with dining table, sofa bed, meal preparation area with induction cooktop all with ocean views. Unfortunately NOT suitable for infants, toddlers and pets for various reasons.
