Classic beach cottage 5 minutes walk to 2 of the best surfing beaches on the South Coast. Ride your bikes or go beach or rock fishing. Swim or bodyboard in the crystal clear waters of Broulee. There is also now a Brewhouse just up the road. Our place is in the perfect part of Broulee to enjoy everything this awesome surf village has to offer. It is also 10 minutes to Mogo Zoo and 20 minutes to Batemans Bay. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Sorry no schoolies. Strictly no pets.

Owl Nest

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Additional cleaning fee applies .

Access to "Coastal Headland Walking Trail" is only 100m away and just a short distance to the "mountain Bike Trails". 3 Beaches Cottage has a lovely patio at back with amazing ocean views and sea breezes, a great place to relax and enjoy a BBQ.

Located in Sunshine Bay, this private, single level, north facing space is perfectly located between the Batemans Bay CBD and the area’s abundant beaches. A separate Queen bedroom (triple sheeted bed) with aircon/heating, and bathroom complete this beautiful space. Outside is a courtyard with table setting and a secure garage with remote.
