Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Surf Beach

We had a Lil family Vacay to get some downtime and we couldn't have asked for a better host or better stay. Very easy to find and check in. Jenny is amazing very helpful and very responsive. Beautiful home and well appointed. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thanks for having us and our fluff.

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

We had a wonderful few days at Little Darling Beach House. The house is comfortable & well equipped & Kat & Dave have put a lot of thought into providing for their guests. It’s a very easy walk to town & the local supermarket & eateries. Super comfy beds & spaces to relax in. We loved the big enclosed deck & being able to bring our dog. A safe enclosed yard & the water bowl & dog bed on the deck were appreciated. Kat is very easy to communicate with & happy to share her knowledge on great places to eat etc. We left Inverloch feeling very relaxed & hope to visit again soon. Thanks Kat & Dave.

Lovely place and very friendly host!

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.

Absolutely stunning views, very clean and neat! Beds were unbelievably comfortable! Had everything you need and more. Great location too, nice and quiet and only a quick drive to the main town/ shops

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael and Vanessa’s house. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and a great central space. It also has great outdoor dining areas to enjoy meal times together. They are great hosts and would recommend it for a large group looking for a beach getaway.

Mister Finks was the epitome of beach-side relaxation. It's chic is accurately designed to reflect its surroundings. It's level of comfort was great as well, it made us feel at home, but had the charm to remind us we were away from home and to enjoy the time to relax! The place brings together the right qualities that make a great Airbnb. The pool table, though larger than Ive seen before, was a great distraction for those in between moments, and is a great addition to the house. Close to the hot springs, and all of what the peninsula has to offer - I'd happily recommend Mister Finks to anyone wanting to spend a weekend, or longer away on the Peninsula to refresh and relax. My girlfriend and I stayed with some friends for a couple of nights over Easter weekend. The place was nice inside and very clean! The best part is that you’re one block away from the Main Street in Cowes. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walk! Highly recommend and would stay there again if we go back.

Luxurious stay with my wife at sunset views. The sunsets are stunning! The place is pretty much new and is very spacious but lovely and cosy at the same time. Everything was spotless. Lovely, very comfortable king bed with beautiful linen. Towels were big and soft. High quality TV and sound. Everything you want for a great fews days away. Jeanette was a fantastic host and even allowed us early check in and extra late check-out. Thanks so much 😊

There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
