This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Bienvenue à notre chalet situe à 1120 m d'altitude, quartier calme, avec label Minergie dans un cadre verdoyant et loin du bruit de la grand ville que vous permettrons de passer de vacances reposantes. Point de départ pour de magnifiques randonnées en montagne ou un forêt , vers le sommet de Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. Il faut s'attendre à une route de montagne , pour les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de rouler sur une route un peu escarpé.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Vous serez à moins de 30 minutes en voiture du télécabine pour Verbier/4 Vallées.

In winter, ski in / ski out directly from the chalet, in the Portes du Soleil area 600km + of slopes between France and Switzerland! Perfect for 2 people, but able to accommodate up to 4 people less comfortably, this 27 m2 studio in a chalet of 2 apartments at 1600 meters above sea level. A sofa that can serve as an extra bed completes the studio. A ski room is available to store your ski equipment.
