Lovely modern air-conditioned 4 bed/3bath house a short walk from Moffat Beach, Tooway Lake and the trendy cafes, brewery, art gallery and shops of this upmarket area. The park and the surf beach are across Seaview terrace from the cafes. The mineral pool is perfect for a relaxing dip. Sunset picnics on the Headland, waves on the point, beach walks, beachfront bbqs at the playground. We are pet friendly but you need to message me for approval.
