Farmhouse Cottage with Animals

Come and cosy up in our cute Farmhouse Cottage. We are located in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland town of Cooran. Spend the night stargazing or warming up around the fire and wake up looking over the rolling green hills. We have cows, chickens and ducks on our property. We also have a large dam with kayaks that you are welcome to take out for a paddle. There are native birds, turtles, fish and eels in the dam. We are located very close to the Noosa Trail network and many other points of interest.

The Mud Shack is a VERY dog-friendly tropical hideaway, a short stroll to Mudjimba Beach. 2+ dogs welcome and can stay inside. Large resort pool. Mirembe Cottage: 45 acres of peace

Mirembe is a Ugandan word meaning peace and tranquillity; this perfectly describes our 45 acre property. The cottage is privately set on the edge of our forest: Sit on the verandah watching the kangaroos, search the trees for koalas; at night look to the sky to see the million stars, fireflies in the creek or into the firepit flames. Take a stroll through our private trails: Nature surrounds you. Breakfast food supplied, and a few locally made frozen dinners in the freezer- but not free.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

The whole family, even your much beloved pets, can stay with you at your new home away from home 'Cedar Lodge'. Dog friendly property. Ewen Maddock Dam, National parks, wildlife/theme parks, waterfalls, action sports, quality restaurants/cafes, shopping & beaches are all just a stones throw away. Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.
