Heaps to do on the Island with walking/bike tracks, swimming, koala reserve, penguin parade, the Nobbies, Forest Caves, Churchill Island and the Chocolate Factory to name a few. You'll find amazing sunsets at Ventnor, Surf beach & Cape Woolamai. We also offer early and late check out if there are no back to back bookings.

A quiet close knit neighbourhood, the property is a cosy retreat that soaks up the northern views with ample indoor cover for the cooler months. Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

The container is fitted out with all you will need for a perfect stay . It has a large deck for the evening barbecue, following a day at the closest beach Smiths 🏄 a 5 minute drive , or after exploring the many attractions of Phillip Island and Gippsland. If you have a dog it is completely secure .

Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

The Sunderland Beach Cottage

Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights.
