Fantastic stay w great views. House made us feel right at home. place was in gated community. it felt safe and well maintained. Fun to walk around in the evenings.

We loved The Toasted Coconut! Everything about our stay was amazing but what made it above and beyond any place I've ever stayed, were the added accommodations. Since we flew from out of state, we were very limited on the things we could bring. Katie had a high chair and pack and play ready for my little one upon arrival! This was extremely helpful and definitely took some stress off our shoulders! Not to mention, made life easier for our 1 year old! Thank you Katie and Cody for welcoming your home to us!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Paradise in the Heart of the Keys! Our stay at this vacation house in Marathon was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own private slice of paradise. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and island vibes. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away in a peaceful part of Marathon, we were just minutes from everything—the beach, boat rentals, amazing restaurants, and the iconic Seven Mile Bridge. The property itself was incredibly well-equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi. What really made this place stand out was the outdoor space. The private dock was perfect for fishing and sunset cocktails, and the pool made it hard to ever want to leave. We even spotted dolphins just off the dock one morning—unreal! Book this house! Very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need from pool towels to kitchen amenities! The house is in a quiet area with ample parking and only a couple minute drive from all the restaurants and attractions Marathon has to offer. A few key features to note. The screened in pool and outdoor outdoor shower were such a nice touch after being on the boat all day, the ice machine was priceless to refill the boat coolers everyday and not have to spend a fortune on ice at the bait shop! Beds were comfortable, couch was large and accommodating for my family of 4! The house was clean and bed linens were good quality. Plenty of outdoor seating from chairs to loungers. The fish cleaning station and power plug in station for the boat were a nice touch. Vaca Cut was a short 5 minute boat ride North or you can head South by boat 5 minutes to the 7 mile bridge. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The house was super clean and was located right behind the pool. The house had everything you could need for a stay in the Keys, including beach towels and chairs. Our only complaint was the upstairs AC struggled to keep up, with a noticeable difference between the upstairs and downstairs. However, there were plenty of fans for us to use making this less of an inconvenience as it would have been. Overall would recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay close to Key West but far enough to have peace and quiet.

Amazing views and ocean breeze! Modern and clean home which I appreciated. Only thing I could ask for but it’s strictly on my wishlist is an elevator. I was dealing with a knee injury so the steps were tough but worth it when you get to the balcony and enjoy that view! Couldn’t ask for a better stay and vacation in the Keys with my family!

The house was exactly how it was described online. Everything was well marked. Lots of stuff to do at the home. Very spacious and well maintained. There were only 7 of us, so lots of extra space. The pool is on the perfect side so your not blasted with the late afternoon sun. However, there is a huge umbrella in case it is needed. Kitchen is fully stocked so nothing was needed. There is a BBQ grill as well as a flat top which is nice for outside cooking. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillow if your a particular pillow person (we love our feather pillows), house pillows were not feather ones. If you rent here and have a boat definitely go to the Sombrero Lighthouse to snorkel. Never saw so many fish in one place. The Conch Cafe and Coast to Coast pizza are both great food restaurants and walkable from the home. Publix is so close it was a daily visit. Truly enjoyed the week stay!!!!!

Great place to stay for a large group. We had 9 adults and needed 9 separate beds. Both houses were excellent and we would definitely stay there again. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Overall a great stay.

Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We loved the gorgeous property and all the lovely decor inside! Property was extremely clean and Sandy was so kind and helpful! We spent almost every evening in the hot tub! The home had everything we neded for an awesome week and was in a great central location, close to everything we wanted to do! we were a family of 6 staying and had more then enough room. the house was perfect and had everything you needed. we enjoyed fishing off the deck and watching the manatees everyday day swimming by. the backyard was absolutely perfect to hang out and relax. Carmen is a great host and communicates fast. would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and neat home on a quiet canal. Neighbors were even friendly! Good amount of parking. Home is clean and well laid out. Airy living room just off the open kitchen. Large master bedroom and bathroom. We felt very comfortable there.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was as expected based on previous reviews & pictures. The location was perfect for us to access from Key Largo to Key West easily. The pool was nice & the kids had fun snorkeling off the back dock & looking for all kinds of wildlife both on land & in the water with their flashlights after dark. We found the sunsets at the house to be better than what we experienced in Key West. If you need beach chairs and/or beach umbrella, we recommend you rent those.

We almost stayed at a hotel, but I saw Christian’s place pop up and it looked like a fun place for the family. It is so awesome! It is exactly as described.and more . He uses every inch of that awesome property for something fun. It’s also a close drive or bike ride to so many things. We took almost all of his suggestions on places to eat and things to do and they were right on. The last night we all chilled outside and projected the Goonies on the outdoor screen and had some good relaxing family time. He is an excellent host and is so helpful. We are all so happy we chose his Airbnb.. Thank you so much, Christian! You are one of a kind and your place is so cool.

The location and access to the beach and canal was amazing! We had such a fun time with the kayaks while being able to see all the wildlife and sail boats. The house was exactly what we needed. Jose was very helpful and flexible throughout our stay.

Just what our family needed. As a new Florida resident it’s safe to say the Keys rank up there as one of my favorite places to visit. Rhonda’s home felt like our home. We enjoyed the pool and bikes. A local restaurant The Bent Prop bar and grill was a treasured find. My husband and I met the owner who is from the same area as us in Maryland. If you’ve ever wondered what Maryland Cream of Crab soup taste like… that’s the place to get it from! Can’t wait to book us again for next year!

If I could rate this stay a 20, I would. We came across the listing last June, after wanting to try something different on our annual trip to Marathon. It looked perfect for our family. What I didn’t expect when we arrived on April 16, 2025, was to be blown away. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is STUNNING. I felt like we were walking in/staying at a brand new house as the very first guests. The colors, the furnishings, the level of coziness brought to this luxury beach house was unmatched. The towels (bath and beach) were plush and soft. Pool speakers. The bar! I mean everything. The kitchen was stocked with what you need - high end gadgets, utensils that actually work, and every pot and pan (organized). Immaculately cleaned. And then the views. Holy guacamole. My dad parked himself on the main floor deck and didn’t move for seven days. Airbnb was right- RARE FIND. Amanda - you are the hostiest host in the world. Your communication was 💯. Our stay in Marathon couldn’t have gone any better! I traveled with my three 20-something sons and their wives/significant others. The layout of Gerardo’s home was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room, places to enjoy together, and space where everyone could find some peace and quiet. The location was ideal. We were within an easy driving distance of all excursions and restaurants and could even walk to Island Fish Company, which was one of our favorites. Gerardo was extremely responsive. He checked in prior to our arrival and touched base a couple of times to make sure there was nothing we needed. An excellent home I recommend to others with no hesitation!!

My family and I really enjoyed this home the pictures do not do it justice it’s beautiful. The owners are very responsive and we were even able to check in a day early ! The canal was awesome , a boat is a must and so much fun. We saw manatees and iguanas. The private pool was fun all together a great experience.

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Accommodations were excellent. Weather was excellent! Warm balmy breezes most days kept humidity down. Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

Rachel has put a lot of care and thought into hosting! Her place was great, and Rachel was always very responsive! The location is wonderful — quiet, near Sombrero beach, and centrally located in Marathon. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Good guide book recommendations! Amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.
