House holiday rentals in Sunset District, San Francisco

Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my two-week stay at Will's place! The apartment was clean and cozy, and the building appeared modern and new. I noticed a few reviews mentioning minor issues, but honestly, I had a great experience. The location is good – you can easily walk to a bakery, supermarket, and restaurants. Will was a great host, always available, friendly, and helpful with any questions. I recommend Will's place to anyone visiting the city – it's a great choice!

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The deck and view were so beautiful. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet. We already want to go back!

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

We appreciated the snack bar after a long day in San Francisco, and having plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers in the morning was a nice touch. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the furniture is in great condition. Messaging with Blythe was easy, and they answered my questions within a couple of minutes.

Super clean, nice new bathrooms , cute views, easy to get in.

The house is clean, quiet and spacious with lots of natural light. I loved the location close to the beach and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We were very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful. We had a great stay!

I’d recommend an upgrade to the WiFi, but short of that … the property was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Great place! Clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to work with Yutai and get helpful information of the area. Street parking was available within reason and a few cafes with close neighborhood feel. Will definitely look for Yutai’s place again if in the area!

We loved our stay at Sara’s place. It was pretty, clean, easy to find and located in a really neat area with lots to explore on foot. Just what I was looking for, and I definitely hope to return this year to explore some more. I highly recommend her place …

Two bedrooms great for a family of 4. We didn't do much cooking but all the utensils were there. Great gas stove. Beds were comfortable and clean. Enough towels for everyone. I definitely felt at home and it was close to alot of attractions but in a nice quiet neighborhood. I was able to park in the driveway for 2/3 nights. There was plenty of street parking right in front.

Needed to stay near the Presidio and Springer’s apt checked all the boxes. The bed was very comfortable and the apt was quiet even though it was on a commercial street. Lots of restaurant choices, bakeries and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. We also walked to Golden Gate Park. While we didn’t have to interact with Springer, it was nice to know she was near by in case we needed to.

Exactly what we needed for a few days in SF. Much more comfortable and quiet than a hotel and everyone had their own bed and space. Host was responsive and place was clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well after long days of walking and exploring. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely clean home for a stay in San Francisco, great location and great host. Parking can be a little bit of a struggle, but never not managed to get a spot not too far from the room. Highly recommend!

An ideal relaxing place right by a beach oasis. Sigward was really thoughtful about our stay and overall experience. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone.

Our stay was flawless. Impeccable details welcomed us. Everything I look for in a stay was met and surpassed. Comfortable beds, gorgeous light, walkable to Twin Peaks hiking. Incredible sound system. We couldn't have been happier.

Michael was a great host and we enjoyed our stay. He was always available to answer questions and his place was perfect for our stay. Location is very convenient to everything we did during our stay. Home was super clean! We look forward to staying again!

This place didn’t match the photos… it was so much better. We thought it would be drastically smaller- it was well appointed and decorated, and the slide doors to make the bedroom cooler and darker to sleep was wonderful. Everything was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the city. Although the driveway with its cement damage was too high for our little car, it wasn’t super difficult to find parking close by on the street at any time, and it would have make it harder to unload and load the downstairs. It was the SF experience I was looking to give my husband in all the best ways. Ended our stay with a lovely morning walk to the beach.

Very responsive hosts who are so quick to respond and checked in with me every step of the way. I appreciate the extra effort and communication. Beautiful, super clean, and very cozy. The space is quite small and right behind the garage, but it really was all that we needed and felt like home. I appreciated the extra space heaters whenever we got a little cold. A very nice stay!
