Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Sunny Beach

Our flights have been rescheduled so we had to start with some questions. Mario was very accessible and particularly helpful both in advance and during the stay. The place is very well equipped so we didn't miss anything. The sofa bed is also comfortable enough to sleep on it for two weeks. The complex is on the edge of the converted promenade, but good and cheap beach with lifeguards, lie and fresh water right outside the door. Beach bars with drinks and food are also nearby. Summary: apartment, location and beach good. The city is rather small and quiet, but well suited for us with small and middle children.

It was overall great experience you have pool in the complex and with the bus u can go to the center of sunny beach for 1 euro only so it was good bargain offer

Martin 's Apartment was everything advertised and even more. we did not check in until 11.45pm due to flights and there was a present surprise in the fridge for us, bottle of wine, nice cakes & 2 bottles of water. The views are stunning from the apartment and there is a corner shop 3 minutes walk,. for an evening bigger shopping experience there is a full size supermarket within 14 walk. From this supermarket you can also catch the local bus to Sunny Beach & Nessebar. bus no 5 & 8 ( 2 lev each way ) if one prefers there is a taxi stand 5 minutes from apartment. Also room to park a car if you have one hired. we eat at some local restaurants and the food was wonderful. I nearly forgot to mention the pool, local beach 4m walk. & one can also catch the water taxi to Nessebar. 10m walk from the apartment.we reached out to Martin on 3 occasions and he came straight back with advise.I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to anyone. We stayed at Pepi’s place for one month and we really enjoyed that time here. Pepi is very friendly and proactive host. Aside of inquiries related to apartment he helped us to find local attractions such as fishing spots, etc. apartment has everything what you would possibly need for long stay!

Great apartment, with amazing view. Modern, well equipperld (maybe a better pan would be nice to have, if you want to cook). The terrace is amazing, we loved it! Also, the area is nice and calm, perfect for small children. We would definetely come back! ❤️

Very nice apartment with everything you need to feel like home !! Melanie is a super host,she responds in time and efficiently as is Danny (the manager) !! lThe beach is a 10 min walk but to the beach you can cool off in the resort pool!we took full advantage of the pool and spacious terrace!Thank you Melanie and I'm sure to see you next year !!! A lovely house in Sozopol First of all Radostina is a kind person. She and her husband helped us a lot not only when we arrive but also before with recommendations about the parking situation. They offered us a parking spot for free near the port and also helped us when we arrive by discussing the price for parking with the locals for us. The house they offered was perfect, like a fairy tale in a dreamy town like Sozopol is. The house was very clean, 3 perfect bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living. Radostina and her husband were there for us all the time during our stay in Sozopol. Overall this was the perfect stay. I will recommend Radostina in the future as a host and as a human being! Thank you so much for making our stay here perfect and wonderful.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

The apartment is in the first row on the black sea. You have an unobstructed view of the sea from both the terrace and the two balconies and are about 15m from the water. The accommodation is part of an apartment complex. The amenities of the place are good. Thank you Marek for being your guests. Loved it.

It‘s a nice small apartment very close (5-10 min walking) to a calm part of the beach. Nice terrace to chill the the morning or the evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was fabulous, being so close to the beach, the pool and shops. The apartment had a lovely sea view across the bay and it was great to listen to the waves and relax with meals and drinks on the large veranda. The kitchen was basic and could have been better equipped for self catering (for example, having a toaster is essential especially with children). Alex was a very friendly and obliging host, who quickly responded to our needs and was so helpful in providing items which were missing. This made a big difference to our stay.

Lovely complex, great apartment! Great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! When I booked, I was a little worried about the lack of beds. But it turned out that everything was very conveniently accommodated. The kitchen is better equipped with all expectations, all appliances work perfectly. There is an underground parking area. The price of parking is 8 lev, but we put a car next to the complex outside. Places were available at all times. Anastasia responds very quickly. Thanks for the opportunity to relax!

My admiration and gratitude is measured by marine quantities! I will take in my heart the beautiful memories of Elenite, the sea beach, swimming pools, arbuses, rampanas, nudist beach, forest trails, the concrete observation deck, Negresco, the view from the window to the like mountains, the atmospheric apartment in which there is exactly as much as you need for your comfortable stay and solving everyday issues. Very good, spacious and clean apartment with nice terrace. The complex has closed territory with parking, garden and playground. Very close to the beach - just 2 minutes by walk. I strongly recommend this apartment for big families.

This is my second stay at the same apartment in Kosharitsa, and I just love it. I came with my pregnant wife, and 2 kids (1.5 years and 6 years), and trust me when I say it is perfect for family. What I really liked is that it is a closed resort - so I can give the kid the freedom to wander around and play with other kids without constant supervision. In addition, as I am usually in June (off season), we get the whole resort jus for us and few other couples. I saw some reviews about being in the middle of nowhere—it is true, 7km from the sea. But I have to mention it is near a forest, so the air is pretty clean and fresh in the evenings. And the restaurant is so cheap, that cooking at home becomes obsolete. I definitely recommend it, and I am coming again in June 2025 - hopefully with 3 kids.

We had a wonderful stay.The place was just as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. What made the experience even better was the host. The lady was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.
