Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunny Beach

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

The owners were really firendly and take a good care of us in every situtation. Strong recommendation!

Arrive late at night. Received by the host even though it was late. Very nice and kind. Absolutely perfect. Clean and good home with good AC. Perfect bed which was very comfortable. 10 out of 10 points.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. We are truly grateful to the hosts for providing such a perfect space for our three-day wedding celebration. The house exceeded all our expectations: 9 spacious rooms and a cozy studio comfortably accommodated all of our guests. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the very start. We especially loved the hall with large glass windows — it became the heart of our celebration. The bar counter, spacious lounge area, private outdoor space, and barbecue zone created the ideal setting for unforgettable moments. The place is filled with light, peace, and comfort — just what you need for a special occasion. We highly recommend it for family gatherings, celebrations with friends, or any meaningful event. 10/10 — we would gladly return again!

Everything went well. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is clean and beautiful, equipped with all the necessary appliances. The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained. Communication with the host is very quick and easy.

Great place to stay! The apartment was cozy and had a beautiful view. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the sea was just a few minutes’ walk away. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

The place was lovely and it had all the amentities presented. Including a washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron, absolutely everything you might need. It's within walking distance to the beach and supermarket close by. Neli was the best host ever, very proactive, helping us with everything we needed before the trip and during. A hundred percent recommend this place and especially Neli that makes it so much better. Would come back soon.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!

Responsive and friendly host. I liked the apartment and its location. Quiet, peaceful, cozy. The apartment had everything you need. I also really liked the complex itself, as the convenient location and not far from the sea. A place you want to come back to again!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
