Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

A new addition to our portfolio, this totally refurbished cottage with all brand new furniture to the highest standard is a 4 minute walk into the city centre. The Empire Theatre is a 4 minute stroll. The cottage has the added benefit of having parking. A short walk to Sunderland Royal Hospital, the new Crown Works film studios in Pallion and only a few hundred meters from Pallion Metro station with easy connections to the rest of the north east. Only a fifteen minute walk or five minute drive to Sunderland city centre and an eight minute drive or fourty minute walk to the Stadium of Light.
