Our hostess is AMAZING! She was very responsive within 3 minutes. Her home was spot on cleanliness! Her friendliness is so welcoming that she felt like family. The rooms were more then expected. More then enough amenities, well stocked. Neighborhood felt very safe, very clean and very quiet. Neighbors were also friendly. Home was close to everything we needed. It was all above my expectations. I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

This home was absolutely perfect for our event! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family getaway or just need a change of scenery, this place has it all. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the entertainment options were endless. We were able to cook a full-course meal with ease in the well-stocked kitchen and had an amazing BBQ out by the pool. It honestly felt like the best of both worlds—a luxurious 5-star resort with all the cozy comforts of home. We had a great stay, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, but the backyard IS the best! The kids went from the pool to one of the hang out areas and back to the pool.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

I couldn’t recommend this home enough! The house looks exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. The location was very ideal. Everything was super close which was convenient. The yard was amazing and offered nice privacy. Maureen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I’d love to come back again!!

Our week long stay at this beautiful house was great . More than enough room , nice outdoor seating with a pool and a grill . Angela and her husband are great hosts. Angela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any of my messages .

Where to start! Amazing location! Within 15 mins of everything you could ask for. Shopping (malls and outlets), activities, and abundant restaurants. The house was exactly as listed and even had abundant supplies unlike other properties I have stayed at. Multiple dishwasher and laundry pods, ENTIRE ROLL OF TRASH BAGS, lots of towels/linens, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this property. Enough space for an entire family and supplies and activities to keep everyone happy!

My brother and his family live in Arizona. We all came to visit for my nieces first birthday weekend, and this was the perfect home for my family. The location was ideal since there are plenty of stores and food nearby to enjoy. We enjoyed the BBQ and pool the most at the house. Being able to have us all in one place for dinners was perfect since my brother has a small apartment and the rest of the family had hotels. Thank you for allowing us to use your home as a home of our own. There is plenty of space and linens for even more people than what we had (5 adults, 1 small dog). Also being a dog mom myself being able to have a safe and reliable yard for her to play in after our 5-hour drive with a doggie dog in the house made this home even more ideal. I heard my family on multiple occasions say they would like to return to this home on future trips when we return to visit family.

If you are looking for a place for your family or friends in the Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria, look no further. This the perfect Airbnb. It has all the amenities you will need, and a pool area you can live in. Amazing hosts.

Seaside sanctuary is a beautiful home that is family oriented and has a beautiful backyard. The house is organized, clean and spacious. Our family cant wait to come back!

Edith’s place was perfect for our weeklong stay visiting family in Arizona. Everything was exactly as described with little extra touches like remote control lights and fans. The decor is modern and clean, everything was cohesive and neat. The beds were super soft and the kitchen had an amazing array of spices which I appreciated as much cooked every day and the spice rack made life easier and less expensive. The stocked shelves made it really feel like home away from home. I would totally recommend this home and stay again if in town. The large smart TVs in each room made for another great amenity we enjoyed. Ms. Edith was very thoughtful about putting this home together and you can feel it. Great stay, thank you. Your home has become a part of our beautiful memories.

Great home! Cozy and clean, very comfortable. Close to the Highway and easy to get around. We Love the space for our pups. Yard is nice and enclosed. Safe. Will definitely be back!!

The inside of the Airbnb is beautifully decorated. The bed looked and felt like it was from a very nice hotel. The apartment was very clean. The host was super friendly and responded quickly.

We rented Brett’s house while we closed on our own house in Sun City. It was in the neighborhood we needed, with a bonus golf course view. The space is comfortable and the kitchen is easy to cook in, which was important given how long we stayed. He was very responsive with a repair issue and handled it quickly. We would highly recommend this house for your stay in Sun City.

Neveen was a great host. And the kids really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
