Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sumter

Our family and friends stayed during Masters week and appreciated the quiet, relaxing location that was only about an hours drive to Augusta, GA. It made for a quick morning commute without much traffic and allowed us to hop on the express way for a straightforward drive. The house offers plenty of rooms for multiple guests, and was exactly as described in the photos and other reviews! They did a great job welcoming us, offered suggestions on other activities to do in the area while we were in town. Our two friends who stayed with us made good use of the kayaks as well for some lake boating. It was so peaceful we didn't run into any other families, even though there are plenty of surrounding houses - the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and anyone wanting a private upstairs master suite will love this location! Chris and his co-hosts were also incredibly responsive, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely consider this as a place to stay during The Masters!

Copper Penny is a great Airbnb. A very private setting. The place was exactly as described and the home was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the WiFi gave a strong signal. I recommend Copper Penny if you are looking for a very private and quiet place to stay in the Perry / Wagener, SC area.

Sweetest little house. We had everything we needed to cook a good meal and relax after a long day of hiking @ Congaree NP. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and loved the layout. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are comfy so we had a great night sleep! Take a stroll to Got Milk Cereal Bar for some dessert ;)

We stayed at Pear Tree on our journey from Ohio back to Florida after the funeral of my 22 year old nephew. The home was beautiful and full of charm. It's huge! The lodging accommodations far exceeded any hotel offering at double the price! Our Mini Sheepadoodle Muppet Max enjoyed the property immensely. My teen daughter didn't want to leave. We will be back on our next journey back to Ohio! Thank you for sharing your historic home!

This small apartment was just perfect for our short stay in Florence. It was easy to find, and the instructions for how to get in were simple and clear. The AC worked well, which was very appreciated as there was a bit of a heat wave for most of our stay. And the in-freezer ice maker was a pleasant surprise! Ross was also fantastic at responding quickly when we had questions or needs. I would gladly stay here again. One fun surprise, though. If there's a good amount of rain in the forecast, don't park right outside the apartment, unless you enjoy really getting your feet wet! That was a fun challenge our last night there, as water in that part of the parking lot got to a couple of inches deep.

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

We had a wonderful time. Parking spots are marked clearly, and the directions for how to get in were easy to follow. Once inside the place was exactly as described. The beds were all comfortable, had plenty of space for our group of 3, and I will definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Florence. We ate at some of the recommended Restaurants. Had a great stay. The place was very clean and as described. The owner was very nice and accommodating. No problems at all with our stay. The location was what we needed, but know that grocery stores and other stores are a good 10-minutes away. If you are needing to do work while at this location, the wifi strength was not the best. Also, please read the house rules as this was the only place where it was noted that bed sheets and towels are not provided. Overall, the place and stay was just perfect for us. Thank You!!

Our stay at Sarah's place was great. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was close to where we needed to be. There were thoughtful touches all around the house that made things easy. We didn't love the neighborhood, but even so, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend booking this place.
