Monthly Rentals in Summerlin South

This stay at Steve’s Air B&B far exceeded our expectations. I see why he is a super host!! From the time we arrived until we checked out 5 weeks later, there was not one problem. He communicates fast and is very professional and a nice man. The area was great! We will definitely be re-booking!! Thank you Steve!!

Monty was very responsive and proactive. He is very quick to respond and made it very comfortable to stay. The home is situated by a beautiful Summerlin park, great for walking! Overall really enjoyed my quick stay and would highly recommend

Great place, very clean, spacious, and felt very safe throughout the stay. Allan was very responsive, kind, and accommodated our earlier arrival. Would love to stay at this place again. For this unit though, make sure you bring something to cover the kitchen window because it has no blinds. Also, I would liked if there were some more cookware and baking pans. But overall, excellent place and host.

Mindy is a great host, and the house is in an exceptional location.
